About Me
Journalism and International Relations student. Global storyteller.
Nina Luz is driven by the conviction that stories have the power to bridge the distance that separates us. With a keen eye for the world's cultural and political nuances, she moves between newsrooms and classrooms with equal curiosity... Always in search of the narratives that deserve to be told.
Who is Nina?
Curious by nature, committed to impact.
Nina Luz is a Brazilian student at Augustana University whose work sits at the intersection of policy, law, and global communities. With experience in legal research, student government advocacy, and cross-cultural leadership, she brings a multidimensional perspective to every story she tells.
An award-winning journalist recognized nationally at the 2025 Pinnacle Awards, Nina has built a reputation for amplifying underrepresented voices and diving deep into institutional and international issues that shape the world we live in.
Driven by the belief that journalism is one of the most powerful tools for social change, she aspires to a career in international reporting — covering global policy and the human stories behind political decisions made across borders.
